bread cheese stick 

Ingredients:
1. Breads 面包
2. Cheese 芝士
3. Egg 鸡蛋

Procedures:
1. Cut the outer part of the breads 将面包边切去
2. Divide the bread into 2 pieces 将面包分成一半
3. Cut the cheese and place it on the center of the bread
将芝士放在其中一块面包的上面
4. Spear the egg on the bread as shown in the picture as adhesion for 2 breads. 将蛋液涂在面包上,如图所示。
5. Use the fork to press gently to make sure the cheese is fully enclosed by the breads. 用叉在面包边缘压紧
6. Make sure the oil is hot enough. 确定锅有足够的油
7. Fry the cheese bread sticks with low fire for 3 seconds each side of the bread sticks. 将面包煎致两边金黄即可上碟。
